We are not responsible for packages that are delivered but not received.
If you have not received your package, we require 30 days from the ship date to provide adequate time for the package to be delivered.
Call UPS or USPS customer service to find the coordinates of where the item was delivered. Follow your tracking number.
You will receive an email with the UPS/USPS tracking number after the shipping label has been created. Once the item(s) ship, you will receive a confirmation email that the order has been shipped.
If you have previously experienced lost or stolen packages where you reside, we encourage you to have your package delivered to a work address (or secure address) to ensure that you receive it safe and sound.
We do not ship outside of the United States.
Any order shipped over $100 will require a signature.
